Is the $149,000 price negotiable?

How does the transfer work?
Payment goes to an independent escrow (Escrow.com, Dan.com, or another provider both sides accept). After funds are secured, the name moves by registrar transfer or account push. Escrow releases payment only after the gaining registrar confirms control. A typical close is 3 to 10 business days.
Why .cloud instead of .com?
.com remains the default for many buyers, and that is a fair objection. .cloud is the better fit when the company is the software: hosted design tools, AI production, and creative infrastructure. The extension is part of the description, not a discount suffix.
Can an individual buy it for a portfolio or personal brand?
Yes. The seller does not restrict use. Individuals, studios, and companies are treated the same: identity, intended use, and the ability to complete escrow.
